This way, you’re actually accountable to someone else. It also makes it more fun.
Stop smoking. Smoking destroys the body in many different ways. As soon as you stop, you’ll start feeling better and have more energy. As another benefit, you’ll save a lot of money and won’t smell like smoke any longer.
