Health Tips, Take Three
Are you trying to get fit and be more serious about your health? Congratulations! At Amazon Thunder, we all understand how difficult attaining good health can be. This is part three of our series, and we will be taking another look at some more of our favorite health tips.

Take a Break from the Computer
This one is a particularly difficult tip to follow, we know. This is especially true if you do most of your work on your computer – and, let’s face it, most of us do. But we are not saying that you should abandon your desk for hours at a time during the middle of the work day! No, there are other things you can do to step away for just a bit. Walk around the office and grab a glass of water, for example, or take a quick walk during lunch. Even just being away for a few minutes can help your health and your mood.
Turn Off Your Phone
Another seemingly impossible tip is to take time away from your phone! Be honest: if you took the advice above about taking a break from your computer and going for a quick walk, would you take your phone with you? Many people would, and they would scan social media or perhaps text a friend while walking. While doing this doesn’t negate the good effects of walking, the truth is that time away from your phone can help lower stress levels and promote better moods.
