Do you have anxiety? If you have anxious feeling about going out in public, speaking in front of a lot of people, or doing something that gets you noticed, you may suffer from anxiety to such a degree that it’s hard to do your job. If you go to a doctor about your anxiety, you’ll probably be given some sort of medication for it. But most of these medications come with a slew of different side effects, and no one wants to deal with that. So instead of going for medication, why not try some of these natural cures for anxiety?
You can try drinking some tee. Chamomile tea contains L-theanine, an amino acid that helps lower blood pressure and can help with rapid heart rate. There are certain compounds found in chamomile that have been shown to affect receptors in the brain in a very similar way to valium. Some studies show that it may help reduce anxiety, too. Green tea may also do the same.
Exercise can also help. Exercising can help release endorphins in the brain that help counter the feelings of anxiety and depression. As a great side effect, you’ll feel much better and have more energy. If you’re often anxious about your health, exercising will help address the core of your anxiety, which is also very helpful.
Remember to eat. When you’re hungry or when your blood sugar is getting low, you may begin to feel more anxious. Eat a quick snack like a small dark chocolate bar, some nuts, or a protein bar. You’ll probably start to feel better right away, especially if you were on the verge of having low blood sugar.
You may also want to start taking a supplement that contains graviola. Research has shown that a graviola may be able to provide you with a number of benefits.
