Becoming Deficient in Chromium
While the body doesn’t need a lot of chromium, it is possible to be deficient in it. Those who are most at risk of becoming chromium deficiency include the elderly and people who are struggling with diabetes. Do you need more chromium in your diet? Getting Too Much Chromium
You can also actually ingest too much chromium. If you do, you may end up with some stomach issues and could become hypoglycemic.
